LWP Property Group

WA’s most awarded and largest land development group

Brand Differentiation Strategy

Objective: Create a differentiated brand position and persona for each land estate in the group

LWP Property Group were in the process of developing 10 new websites for all their land estates across Australia, however, many of the brands’ positioning were similar and lacked differentiation. We were appointed to create unique brand personalities, brand promises and positioning for each land estate, ensuring they were not similar and conveyed their own unique brand attributes.

Brand Strategy, Website UX and Copy

Objective: Reposition Alluvion brand, a premium A-grade office tower in Perth’s CBD.

Development of the new brand position and comprehensive brand strategy for Alluvion. We collaborated with Untold Design who managed the design work.

Once the brand strategy was approved, we were asked to provide UX and information architecture recommendations for the new website as well as write engaging copy for the marketing collateral and website.

 

InteliCare

An ASX listed Perth start-up offering in-home sensor technology for seniors and those with a disability

 

Brand Strategy, Marketing Strategy, CX and Campaign Management

Objective: Prepare InteliCare for launch into WA marketplace to increase brand awareness and grow sales

We were appointed to develop the brand strategy, B2C go-to-market strategy and customer experience sales toolkit in preparation for the market launch. We managed the appointment of media, creative and market research partners. In addition, we supervised and coordinated the launch campaign CMO for InteliCare and most recently delivered the B2B strategy and direct marketing campaigns.

Digital Advertising Strategy, Social Media Campaign Management and Website Optimisation

Objective: Generate strong leads and sales for online program.

Digital advertising strategy development for Safe and Secure disability planning program to drive strong leads and managed the campaign implementation. When the leads were not converting we lead the appointment of a new web developer to build a website with strong conversion opportunities.

Lead Generation Campaign Strategy and Implementation

Objective: Sell remaining blocks in Montal Estate, Swan View

Egan Property Group developed the premier estate in Swan View, Montal Estate. They had a few blocks they were keen to sell and wanted to make the most of the first home buyer government grants. We advised them on what channels to utilise to drive leads and sales, recommending social media, targeting first home buyers and downsizers. As a result of the advertising campaign, the estate was sold out within 3 months.

Cambridge Corner Store

A cosy family run cafe with delicious homemade food and gourmet pies

Marketing Strategy and Organic Social Media Design  

Objective: Increase awareness of gourmet pies and product and drive foot traffic to the store.  

Cambridge Corner Store, in Floreat WA, engaged us to help them increase their digital presence and raise awareness of amazing homemade gourmet pies and café produce. We provided strategic marketing advice on how to use google my business to increase their digital presence as well as designed their organic social media templates and supported them on how to maximise their social media presence to drive increase foot traffic.
